  • Our Client Success Manager will reach out to you within 24 hrs to get your onboarding call scheduled excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Interviews are held weekly. Please let our Client Success Manager know during your onboarding call an exact (or rough estimate) date on when you would like to have your agent interviews so we can prepare accordingly. Please keep in mind, we will not be able to place your agent until you have the system set up and are able to provide a full-time work schedule (unless a respective accommodation was previously agreed upon)
  • Additional Agents are provided at $2000/each to include recruitment and training costs. Our CSM will be able to let you know where to request a new agent.
  • All communication, questions, etc. are handled through the Facebook Inner Circle group. If you have a more private matter that you would like to address, please submit a support ticket via https://support.conversionly.io/request to handle your request.
